HI, I accidently froze all apps (in v2.0). Now no app is being shown in the Apps menu. How do I unfreeze all the apps?

Hi! Please tap the snowflake icon on the upper right corner below the status bar in the Apps menu and unfreeze the apps.

When I am clicking the “Apps” menu, the rest of the screen is completely blank and hence no app list or the snowflake icon is getting displayed.
Similarly, the screen turns blank when the following menus are selected: “Library”, “Storage”, and “Application under Settings”.
