Boox note 2 cannot no internet after update firmware

HI
I just got my boox note 2 last week ,
I just update firmware and connect google play succesfully
and today i want to download apps but no internet acces, the note 2 is connected to wifi and my wifi has internet
what i have done

  1. change wifi to mobile hotspot (also no internet)
  2. restart device
  3. forget wifi
  4. restart modem
  5. restart router

all bear no result
please Help

Hi,

I have the same issue. Websites are opened and files are downloaded via browser (e.g. Chrome).
But I can’t download apps via Google Play.

Could you check this?

In the same boat. I will not restart my router. Everything else is working fine. Just not the Note. I’m just looking to download books. Wondering if I could connect to PC and download into the Note.

Same issue here on my Max3 with software 2.2.2. At least the WiFi connection says no internet and google play does not update or install apps. However, despite no internet I can surf the web :-?

In my case the status message is just wrong. My Onyx Note 2 is connected to the internet.

today my boox note 2 is back to normal

  • i did not do anything
  • connec to the same wifi

everything works fine
it works like magic :slight_smile:

Sorry for the late reply here. It is rather strange to have this kind of WiFi issue. Pls kindly submit this on Feedback via Settings/ Feedback on your device and our member will have a better and faster diagnosis of the problem.
