Boox Note - Black / Dark Screen

Hello Everyone,

I’m looking for a solution / warranty support. I’ve owned my Onyx Boox Note for only a few months now, but I’ve been using it often at work / travel. I turned it on this morning and the screen is very dark. There is lighter spots were it has refreshed.

I have factory reset the device, but the issue is still here. Do you have any recommendations?
