Reading in the Guardian (UK) app often freezes the device when scrolling. Long pressing the power button and then pressing it again reboots the device. This is a Note Pro with OS version 2. 2.1.

Helle, please kindly go to the Navigation App to enable the Navigation Ball first via Apps-Navigation Ball-Enable Navigation Ball-Button 1-App Optimization. Then please open the Guardian and click the navigation ball-button 1-Display-Whiten Background (untick this option), then go to the Refresh-Animation Filter to set it as 300.
