Can somebody please list the specifications of the USB chargers and the USB-C cables that work for the Note. I have tried at least 10 different charger-cable combinations, and for all the cases, the power button of my Note is blinking Blue and Magenta.

The specification for the adapter is 5V/ 2.4A, and the specification for the specification for the USB cable is USB Type-C to USB-A 2.0 male cable or USB Type-C to USB Type-C 2.0 cable. BTW, you could directly order an adapter and USB C cable from Booxshop now.
it’s insane that boox requires it’s own special charger and cable instead of just being compatible with normal usb-c cables and chargers

I have tried two different new
USB Type-C to USB Type-C 2.0 cables and they have no effect and are not acknowledged, either by the boox or the laptop.
I don’t want to wait 30 days for a cable to be shipped from China. Is there anyway someone can please send me a link to buy online, preferably from amazon, a cable that will work for Note Pro? I am so sad and frustrated.
The USB C to USB A 2.0 could work. You could kindly find one on Amazon.
Yes, thanks, that does work. The USB-C 2.0 to USB-A to (USB-A to USB-C adapter) works while the USB-C 2.0 to USB C does not.
