Cloud Backup error message

Dear All,

Within KNote I cannot do a Cloud Backup. I do see the “uploading” message after pressing the upload button but afterwards a small pop-up comes up with an error message saying “Datensicherungsfehler” - meaning data backup error…

Can anyone advise on how to solve this error?

Hello Markus, may I know the firmware version of your Note? Pls update to the laterst firmware and check again.

even i faced the same issue it says data back up failed

Do you use your Onyx account to back up the data? Could you kindly submit this on Feedback via Settings/ Feedback on your device when reproduce this bug on your device?

yes i use onyx account i try to submit thsi feedback via settings each time back up starts then uploading starts but then it says back failed
