Did they fix the annoying permanent icon in fullscreen Notes, in 2.2.3?

I didn’t see anything about it in the Release Notes, but I could have missed it. That thing is so irritating! I’ve been waiting for the next software update, because they said they would fix this.

Is there an update to 2.2.3?
My Note pro says „cant detect update package“.
I am running 2.2.2, which has the 2019-12-30 build number

I guess it is 2.3, not 2.2.3. Apparently not available for all devices yet?

Just upated - stupid icon is still there. Other people have said you can move it, but I can’t figure out how. Such a dumb thing to screw up the ability to draw on a completely blank canvas.
