A friend of mine has the Max2 Pro and for some odd reason when he powered up his device it now asks him for a password to get past the screen lock. He has used the device many times before but does not recall setting up a password for the screen lock. Has anyone experienced this before and if so what have you done to get around it? He also hasn’t ever set up an Onyx account.
