hi i had to reset my max2 as it was hanging all the time and wasnt responding a read thread that after factory reset only user settings are lost but notes in storage remain intact now i cannt find them anywhere pl help

back on cloud fails each time so note back was taken on onyx max itself …is there a way to recover …??

ok but for future any mechanism to take back up on cloud as onyx cloud leads to error all teh time
Could you kindly log out your Onyx account first and then log in again?
