I have a problem on my BOOX(Model : Max Carta).
If I power on the divice, it continues booting. and never booted.
How should I solve it ? I can’t even reset my BOOX.

Hi, Kim. Pls try to restore the factory default settings as following steps:
Swich off the device firstly, and then long press back + power buttons, enter into recovery mode, to choose “wipe data\factory reset – yes delet all user data - reboot” to restore factory default.
This will detele the personal data (such as reading history, applications, some personal setting) but won’t delete those files in storage.
Do you mean the back is u-turn button(curved arrow marked button) ?
I did as follows sevral times, but still not solved.
I turned off my divice(then Strarting-up screen is held.), and press u-shaped arrow button and power button at the same time for about 4 seconds. then It starts boooting(endless booting). If over 4 seconds, then no response.
