i have checked this topic Cannot update firmware BOOX Note Pro V2.1.2(20190612) and i wanted to ask if my note pro will have the same problem as the one mentionned in the link above, knowing that i have purchased my device in this site: https://ereader.store/en/store/-30onyx-boox-note-pro-48.html#/1-features-device_protective_cover
there is already a 2.1.2 firmware here https://www.boox.com/downloads/ but it seems that it is not compatible with all devices according to the location they have been bought.
so i just wanted to know if mine is compatible with this firmware? thx
