Has anyone else experienced Neo Reader crashing when attempting to open new pdfs since the latest firmware update? Old pdfs that have previously been opened on Neo Reader are fine. But trying to open a new pdf leads to a white screen appearing momentarily and then crashes.

Hello, do you mean you have updated to the firmware 2.1?
It says Neo Reader v2.0 version 8532 - 790a4b7
The overall firmware is the 2018-12-26 update.
Is there a newer version available?
