No updates for note pro?

Hello,
we bought to note pro via the boox homepage and always when I check for updates it says: that there are no update packages available. How is this possible?

Hi Dirk, could you kindly check your device’s version first via Settings? The latest firmware for Note Pro is 2.1.2.
