I recently bought a Note 2. I updated the firmware when I started using it. (current firmware: 2019-12-11_17-42_2.2.2_b15be06), Sometimes when starting the device is goes to sleep after 2-3 seconds. The only solution is rebooting the device. Most of the time the problem is then solved. The problem is not depending of the case. When I remove the case the problem persists. The value for going to sleep or poweroff is set tot 30 minutes.
