Nova Pro resets to Chinese language after reboot

Hello, I am a new owner of a Nova Pro. Three times now it has reset to the Chinese language when it reboots. Just wondering if I have a faulty device

Hello Nelly, it is a kind of software bug. Could you kindly submit this on Feedback via Settings/ Feedback on your device when it change to Chinese language?

Hi Claire, thanks for responding. Next time it does it I will submit something. Presumably i will need to do that before changing it back to English?

Hi Nelly, you could feel free to submit that on Feedback by changing the language to English when the language setting bug happen again.
