My boox is sometimes used by others. Any way to password protect notes? Individual or all?

We are sorry to inform you that it is not available to set a password for the Note App or individual note now. We have forwarded this to our R&D team, and hopefully it will be available in the next firmware update.
Maybe a PIN rather than a password, just something to deter a casual glance at a private note. Nothing enterprise class Level 3 encryption high security or anything like that.
unfortunately the ripped out all the security that was built into android, it’s only in the last release or two that they added back the ability to lock the device at all, let alone the built-in guest user feature that Android had to start with.
