Side note and scribble on pdf disappear when clicking save

Hi,
On my note+, whenever I click ‘save’ icon, my scribble (on pdf itself or on side note) disappear.
It seems that I cannot save scribble or side-note.
May I know what is wrong with this feature or product?

Please help asap.

Can you export the saved notes? There is a button to turn of the visualization of the notes that I think you have pressed.

It’s not that.
But It is resolved after I updated the OS to latest 1.9.1 version via OTA cloud. This version is released in chinese… Hence, need to change to chinese language to do the update. Then switch back to english.
