Submit Feedback feature not working

when attempting to submit feedback, using the built-in feature on the Nova Pro, getting an error message:

Network or server error, retry later

Could you kindly check the network connection first? Many thanks in advance.

Hi Claire, I have replied by email, nonetheless here’s again: the network connection is fine, I can browse and download apps, but cannot send the feedback.
