I cannot connect my laptop (Dell Precision M4700 Windows 10) via HDMI to my max2 via the max2 monitor app. The dialogue on the screen of the monitor app says that I should check the cable. I did many times but it does not work. The screen settings on Windows 10 show a second monitor. All the settings for that second screen are empty however. Please help.
First of all ,please make sure that the HDMI interface of the computer is in operation.If you’re nort sure,try to connect your computer to other device,as mobile,tablet though hdmi.
Then make sure that the hdmi cable is plugged in tightly.
In general,this problem occurs if the graphics driver and the hdmi do not match.
