Trouble with backup

Hello, I’ve backed up BOOX Note files using the “Backup and Recovery” menu, but these days when I open the menu, the backup files are not displayed. And When I click “!” (the button is at the bottom right corner), a message “Current account supports 8 backup files” is displayed. When I open “Backup and Recovery” on Max2 pro, the results are the same.
According to the message, it seems that the number of backup files exceeds the limit. However, I can not remove any file because the files are not displayed. Is there any way to remove existing files and make backups again?

Immediately after sending the report, I received a message from support.
As they showed, I logged out and then logged in again.
After that, I found that the backup files are listed correctly.
In addition, new back up file was created correctly.
