Boox Note S does not respond to stylus

I bought a Boox Note S and unfortunately it did not respond to the stylus pen. After communicating with the seller, he sends me another stylus pen. Still the Boox Note S does not respond to the new stylus pen. So basically I can only use the Note S as a big e-reader only.

I also have a Boox Note which works fine with its pen. I tried to use Note pen on Note S, but it didn’t work. I also tried the two Note S pens on Note, they didn’t work either. I just wonder how to solve this kind of issue?

Hi, the stylus of Note S is not suitable for Note. Please write an e-mail to sales@onyx-international.com to feedback the problem with the Note S.

I tried to reproduce the issue, but found that the stylus pen works after I turned off hand touch on the top right bar. Yeah!
