As described in the title, my MAX 2 Pro forgets sometimes language settings at system startup (happened 5 times in 7 days). Maybe I got a lemon device. But so far I have found no hardware errors.
Dear, we are sorry about the problem. Here we suggest you to give the feedback through Settings => Feedback on your Boox. Our staffs could have a better and faster diagnosis of the problems in this way. Or you could try to restore the factory default settings as following steps: Swich off the device firstly, and then long press back + power buttons, enter into recovery mode, to choose ‘wipe data\factory reset – yes delet all user data - reboot’ to restore factory default. This will detele the personal data (such as reading history, applications, some personal setting) but won’t delete those files in storage.
