my Nova Pro when connected to PC with Windows 10 using USB-C to USB-C cable is not detected by OS, when I plug to the same cable My Galaxy Phone then is detected without problem.
Does Nova Pro cannot be used with USB-C cables at both ends, or my device is faulty?

It seems ridiculous, but to do this I always have to use an adapter… usb-c > usb-a > usb-c. I think pure usb-c is blocked due to possible overcharging.
Yes, when using USB-A to USB-C cable then reader is detected, strange. Maybe development team could unlock support for USB-c to USB-C cables in next firmware releases, @claire where we could send this request?
