I got a Max 2 e-book reader through my friend in China, who bought it from a shop in, if I’m not mistaken, Taobao on October 21, 2018. I have the receipt from the shop.
The e-book reader worked well. However, now it cannot start up or even remain ‘on’/working when using battery only. On the other hand, when the charger or a power bank is connected to it, everything works fine.
How and where can I get the battery replaced? I live in Jakarta, Indonesia.
