I’m a new Boox user (Max3) and try to encrypt the device as to register it on a professionnal network.
An encryption is required.
What software is recommended ?
Is this possible ?

Hello, do you mean the screen lock? If yes, please go to Settings/ Password to set the password you would like on your Max3.

I really mean encryption of the data like what you can do on a smartphone or tablet.

This function is only available for the Note App. Pls go to Note-Settings-Note password settings.

I Understand the encryption of the Max3 device is then not possible.

Usually, on phones using IOS or Android, encryption is native and someone without your password would not be able to recover your data. Can anyone confirm if this is the case with the Max 3 please?
