Dear users, we have released a fix pack for the Max3. Please kindly update to the latest firmware via Settings/ Firmware Update on your device. For other devices, the firmware update will be released soon, please be patient. Below is the changelog for this fix pack, please kindly check.

Note
Fixed a missing issue when inserting images to notes.
Fixed a cursor position issue in text input.
Fixed a writing latency issue in certain situations.
Fixed a bug where the system restarted when simultaneously recognizing typed text and handwritten text.

System
Add a reminder for BT pairing.
Fixed a bug where multitasking did not work in certain system languages.
Fixed a number display error of keyboard in certain system languages.
Now the Onyx keyboard is set as English by default.
Now the TTS is set as Google TTS by default.
Fixed the issue where Google Play crashed after search.
Fixed the exceptions of secondary monitor connectivity.

For Max3 users, please check if there’s any OTA update. Some minor bugs have been fixed.

The Play app keeps crashing even after this update.
Steps: you search, you select ‘Install’ and just after it starts, the app closes, but the app selected to install keeps downloading and installs.
