Note Pro Package Detection Error when checking update

I have a Note Pro build number:
2019-06-12_2.1.2_23f6dab

When I try to click the “Check Update” button in settings I get the message: “Package Detection Error”.
This has happened even after several tries and after a reboot.

I’ve searched for the error but nothing in this forum.

Does anyone have advice on this?

You probably need to update manually to 2.1.3 by downloading here:
https://www.boox.com/downloads/#note-series
But check first if you are ok with that. I recall users complaining and wanted to downgrade.
I am on the latest at 2020-07-23_04-04_2.3.1_6537113 and fine with that
