I cannot find out how to get back to this setting option!

I messed with the setting and don’t like the result. Amazingly I hit something again and it came up, so I took a photo. But again, I cannot figure out where this setting is!
I found it. I guess the question now is, what do the options mean?
Hello, the Refresh Frequency means that the pages will be refreshed automatically by every 1 page or 5 pages as chosen by you.
