I just received my Note plus an trying to makes notes in a PDF file. It works fine to do the notes but when I press save everything disappears, something I missed or doing wrong ?

May I know the current firmware of your Note Plus? Would you pls update to the latest firmware V1.9.1, and check again?
Did you select the icon with a square and an arrow coming out?
That should do it. Also, if you bind to a cloud account like dropbox, that will sync the file as a PDF. I find that super convenient as it will then be immediately available on all of my other devices/computers with dropbox installed.

I got Note+ yesterday and encountered the exactly same issue as described by @tshn71.
I have also updated the firmware to be V1.9.1. Nothing has changed! Scribblers by sylus in PDF would disappear when I click either SAVE or FORWARD/REDO or BACKWARD/UNDO.
(I notice there is a bit change in v1.9.1 as opposed to v1.9.0, However, it seems the manual for v1.9.1 is not available yet. )
