I have been trying to update my Onyx Nova Pro to 2.1.2. Using either the manual or the online method the process gets to the power off state, and when I turn it back on I get the error in the screenshot.
The device is in recovery mode at this point, and I am able reboot it. It returns to normal (old version) so thankfully it is not a brick. However, I would like the new features that the update provides.
How can I resolve this issue?
